Correct IBAN incorrect BIC

    Hey, 

    I was transferring funds from my own current account for a car in the UK and added the PAYE as international. I put in the wrong BIC but the correct IBAN will the funds still be received? Thanks, Adam

    Hi Adam, 

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie. 

    It is likely that this payment will be rejected by the recipient bank, and the funds will return to your account within the coming days. 

    If the funds have returned, it would be necessary to delete and re-add the payee with the correct details, on your 365 online account to ensure the transfer is successful.
