    Hi guys,

May partner and I have set up a business and are looking to rent a commercial kitchen but a finding it impossible to find something.

Is there any other ways of going about looking instead of the typical "commercial kitchen to let in Dublin" Google search?

Any government scheme where we could rent from them?

    Thanks,

    Ger.

Are you looking to rent time in a shared commercial kitchen or rent an entire commercial kitchen full time?

    Hey Jim,

We are actually targeting the delivery market.
Still no look. We knew it would be a pain to find something but not on this scales.

We where even contemplating buying a fully equipped commercial kitchen that is portable because we can't find somewhere suitable

    Thanks,

    Ger.

Seems like you've managed to drum up some business here possibly hopefully something comes on these PMs. Love how something simple like a post on here can lead to all sorts.

There are a couple around, Hour Kitchen in Churchtown probably the most prominent one. Some of the enterprise centres would also have (Tallaght comes to mind)

1.. ask at local farmers markets... Many of those food stalls migrated from home kitchen to rented space

    2. Maybe there is community or day care group in your area that has an underused kitchen, particularly in the evening and weekends

    3. Maybe some commercial place closed down or paused until '21 due to covid

    4. A large business or organisation that has underused kitchen, because staff are all work at home.

    5. Many catering event companies dont have the.races, the concerts the conferences might have availability

Thanks for all the replies guys!!

We got our facility and will be moving into the premises within the next week.

I'm hoping someone could recommend an insurance crowd to go with for employee/employer insurance and also indemnity for our premises

    Thank you,

    Ger.
