I don't normally post in here but my mum texted me that Sam Bennett is absolutely lovely. That's probably first sports related message I ever got from my mum.(she is 70).. Now my parents are Slovenian and live there so there might be a reason they started watching cycling.

Formolo out with a fractured clavicle, following on from Aru's withdrawal it means Pogacar only really has Jan Polanc and an out of form David De La Cruz as meaningful help.

Also Sam may move into the lead of the prizemoney classification after todays efforts - €11,000 for the stage win and €500 for 3rd place in the intermediate sprint bringing him up to €23,400

I think i read that Nico only finished 10 mins down today. Which is insane with the speed the peloton was going today. He's got some heart that lad.
