Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Zgemma H2s and E4

So I have an extremely strange issue with e4 on the H2s. What I can only describe as a fisheye type of effect on all shows and adverts. The sides of the picture distorts the image, most notable was an advert on a running track where the lines were all wavy.
Shows result in people becoming stretched at the edge of the image and unrealistically thin in the center.
It's on both recordings and live shows.
Has anybody experienced this before? I'm completely lost at this stage. I would rather not flash again as it's the first time I haven't got a blue screen and the wife approves of the existing setup, so would rather not to keep the peace.
Any help at all would be appreciated.

You don't say what image you are using and skin but you could try a re -scan using signal finder if you know how to use signal finder use these

    10714H, 22000, QPSK, 5/6 AND SCAN.

You will get a few and e4 +1. Once you get channel working you can replace the wonky one.

Give it a go and say a bit more, ie favourites, autobouquets. I have same box as a spare with a sky skin but a willobuild ie openatv

I tried E4 and E4+1 now and both ok. with a different box

Sorry, should have said. I'm running wooshbuild with openatv 6.3. I'll try a rescan in the evening and update.
    Thanks for the suggestion.

Rescan and job done. Not sure why I didn't just do that in the first place.
    Thanks for your help.
