Exit fee?

    Hi EI team,

    Could I please query the exit fee on my current bill?
    I moved to EI with an "all-done" order complete confirmation on the 31/8/19.

    I moved service to a new provider earlier this week, but I note my final bill issued yesterday with the cancellation charge applied.

    Can this be checked please?
    Happy to provide AC number via PM.
