Because of restrictions and lots of folk sticking to guidelines.

Beaches and parks were full, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

Queues for Beschoffs in Bray, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

Anti mask protests, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

May and June Bank Holidays, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

Summer street parties and bingo, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

Oliver Bond rave, we're gonna be in big big trouble.

Eventually it'll click that this virus is nowhere near as dangerous as we thought it would be. Even the most stupid in society must be seeing now that there is no big bad wolf.

Have they stopped giving Dublin LEA breakdowns?

Could we not just lockdown Dublin or parts of it for Christmas and let the rest of the country open up a bit?

I'm not sure if you're serious or not

Teenagers with a Junior Cert level of Geography education know you can't lockdown a capital city. Let alone a capital city that serves as a country's main travel port

Why not? Where ever it is bad lock it down. Essential flights can be re directed as in an emergency to Cork, Shannon, Knock or Belfast. Nobody is supposed to travel home for Christmas from abroad anyway.

You know that the airport is in Swords, where it's lower than the national average so therefore it can't be bad...
If we use the national average as a barometer then the border counties and midlands are locking down ahead of huge chunks of Dublin...
