Pretty pleased with how Anguissa looks as a 4.5 midfield option here.

Gabriel going on the watchlist, another option at 5m.

Nketiah on for Laca. All subs used

Mitchell my 4.0 defender starts for palace

No big haul for Auba but just relieved not to start off with a captain blank.

Yeah, 7 will have to do. I'd Leno and Mitro aswell so 21 from that combo is probably around the xP (yes I've plucked this out of my arse) I'd have gone with from that combo.

I'll settle for 7 from Auba, just need Salah to out-score him now.

Lots of Auba captains and Tierney in my work league. So once Salah matches or outscores Auba, I'd be happy enough

I like that (just don't go plucking anything else out of there)

Willian caught the eye today. Auba showed what an important player he'll be over the season. Gabriel was solid and should be a decent threat from those Willian set-pieces. Lacazette was lively up top which suggests Nketiah may have to wait to get starts. Tierney with some nice interactions with Auba down the flank.

Think I'll wait a bit on Fulham to see whether there is any value to be had. They were well beaten today. Don't like the spine of their side atm.

    We're back!! GL all

    Johnstone
    TAA Robertson KWP
    Mane JWP Auba (c) Soucek
    Werner Richarlison Nketiah

    Button Ferguson Burke Ayling

Would have been better off not upgrading Davis to Nketiah.

Happy enough with that start from Auba (c)

Now for an Ings hatrick and Saints cleansheet !!

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,551 ✭✭✭✭siblers

Willian and Leno in that, pretty HEWT

No captain blank. I'll take that and move on

Leno and Auba in that but my Arsenal pessimism kicked in and I benched Tierney. Still, if Salah as captain nabs a couple today, and TAA clean sheets, that'll negate that and more.

Double Saints attack plus McCarthy next...eeek.

Interestingly, the strongest thing about Willian today is probably his xG of 0.78. Not bad on a day when you manage 3 assists. He will fly up ahead of the West Ham game.

Targetting Fulham looks like a good strategy.

You certainly would! He's all the more entertaining because I don't think he's trying to be funny.

Is he taking a year out from FF, or AWOL, or....?

Taking a year out as far as I know.

Fixtures look rough after next gameweek though.

Probably best to wait until he has a sea of nice fixtures in to potentially get him.

Agree completely. He will probably be .3/4 more expensive by that point, but I'm neither taking a points hit, nor getting rid of the players I have that I can afford to get rid of for him. Lets see how he is looking in November really.

Triple Southampton defence here ... Have no clue why ... Just happened to fit them into my team.

Clean sheet will make my weekend and looking at a head to head team I'm against... If I get the Southampton cleanie.... I win. (Teams are quite similar and other person would need 2 or three goals from players)

    Southampton starting well
