Many a talented person went off the rails at his age, best he bites the dust and books himself in somewhere for treatment.

Maybe talk to Mike Tyson or someone.

The obvious word here in your post been Talanted. That is one thing Mcgreegor is not

He is not a talented person. He is a tug plain and simple.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

You know that when you "buy" a yacht and the like you don't use your own money? It's why the Oligarchs from Russia do it along with London property. Also because believe it or not those things don't suddenly have a value of 0 as soon as they're purchased. Looking at the company he keeps and the lifestyle they have without seemingly having much of a legitimate income would probably be able to point him in the right direction for tax, accounting and legal specialists to keep money in the right places.

He is spending 'his' money and value goes down and down until he can't afford it and its left to rot. Like Tyson, like Jordan

All those 'specialists' all cost money too and he pays tax at source. Especially the mma / boxing income.

Conor is alpha af in fairness, most would trade their left testie to have half what he says.

So much hate on this thread, i tip my hat to Conor he is handling all the false accusations well.

Of course he's talented. First time two weight division champion at the same time.

    He's a good fighter.

Oh guilty as sin each time no bother - he’s vile but when he’s convicted throw many books at him - before, wait for a trial.

Too right I would but it doesn't change the fact that he's a horrible person

I would like to bet he was happier when it was himself training in Dublin while signing on.

The white trash jet set offers all the trappings and hollow transactional relationships you want but its empty

Designer clothes, flash cars, selfies with fans, whiskey. Its all bogus. Status garnish

I would say most of us were happy when we had very little like a clapped out banger and money for a few cans of bavaria/dutch gold

He should probably move to some obscure ranch in USA and enjoy his family and maybe get back fighting.

I’m not a huge fan of Kavanagh but he seems to always support him, and has so again this time since whatever happened last week. And in addition to the gym morons who are part of his posse, he also has doctors, nutritionists, fitness specialists and pr people that go everywhere with him. There is a lot of smart people there, and Conor is pretty smart too. I find it bizarre, someone who used his charisma, wit, personality, hard work, determination and dedication to get to the top. Then to just seem to be happy that the money was still coming in and not too bothered to keep achieving, and even worse to let his persona go to the gutter.

It’s incredible how many gullible people there are on this thread in regards to the “Irish sports star”, the man is an ego maniac predator.
I could tell you tons of stories about his predatory nature towards women.
Anytime he’s in the news for the right/wrong reasons I always think about his victims and what they have gone through, particularly the person who was involved in the hotel “incident”.
If people knew what happened that night, his pubs, properties, gym and ****e whiskey would cease to exist.
The details are so horrific that the average ordinary joe soaps on the boards threads would says its not believable, but it is and he’s got away scot free.
Their is a general sense among people, particularly in MMA circles around the world and in this country that everyone is out get this man.
All of the trouble that he’s been involved in is down to himself.
This is not the first time he has been implicated in this particular crime, yes he has never been convicted of such a crime but neither has DK in his area of expertise.
    Money talks....

Listen i can't stand the guy but nobody can say he's not a smart business man.

He has a lot of other business interests that make him a lot of money. I think i read last year alone his whiskey made over 1 billion dollars in sales of his taste like piss whiskey proper 12. It's one the reasons he can't motivate himself to fight an actual opponent anymore.

As Marvin Hagler once said, "it's hard to get out of bed at 5am in the morning to do road work when you've been sleeping in silk pajamas"

That figure can't be anywhere near correct.

Edit: found what probably confused you.

Sales of all whiskey was 1 billion, not his.

Since I first heard this tool speak I could have mapped out his future, he has no rearing, you throw on a load of money on top of no rearing, he and his antics are the result. There's no question,he is an excellent fighter, one of the best but his personality cannot handle the money or the fame. Is personality cannot handle his talent. Its a pity. If he was more reserved and clever he could be an inspiration, but he's the opposite. He's a massive stain on this country because he keeps talking about his Irishness etc. If he is a sexual predator it needs to come out so future victims can be protected, even he can be protected drom himself if there is such a thing as sex offender rehab.
This guy has about 5 or 6 years of life left in him and its not going to be any prettier. He'll either be shot or he'll crash a car.

If you know so much about that alleged incident then explain how it was so incredibly hard on the alleged victim that she allegedly stopped cooperating with the police that were investigating it. Supposedly she took the money over justice, and over getting him convicted of a serious crime that would have served as a warning to every other person.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he was still signing on.

I genuinely laughed out loud at that.

It kind of sums him up alright.

"Very soon we are going to Mars. You wouldn't have been going to Mars if my opponent won, that I can tell you. You wouldn't even be thinking about it."

The frequency with which McGregor finds himself in trouble and associated with a particular category of serious crime is the most important point here. There seems to be alot that the public havent been made aware of. If these things are true it is only a matter of time before this recurring behaviour catches up with him. He has been in irish courts and american courts and gotten off exceptionally lightly so far which would only embolden him. The problem is also the company he keeps and the enemies he is making along the way. His money will only take him so far. I dont think he's smart enough to see this is not going to end well for him.
