Would you take him on knowing the type of individual he is, the people he associates with, the lies he spreads about your reputation & which his supporters believe. To have the ordeal, your reputation, your past sexual history all disclosed in court knowing that your private life is about to become public, knowing you will be torn apart on social media etc., knowing you will be intimidated, knowing that you will be living in fear.

This is why most victims of sexual assaults have difficulty pursuing justice. Fear is a massive deterrent, predators know this and use it against their victims. I think people who do pursue justice in the courts are incredibly brave but can understand why so many don't. It is not as easy as you make out.

Would you take on somebody with multiple instances of criminal behaviour And a number of convictions in a court of law about an incident that occurred in a hotel and undoubtedly has CCTV to confirm parts of the victims testimony?
