Since five doctors and a specialist could not resolve this, I thought I would ask here: and no, it is not an sti. If I do NOT ejaculate for longer than three days, the next time I do, it is painful. I really don't see a problem, have one off the wrist every 2 days minimum. Sounds normal to me.

You’d imagine they could do some kind of scan, like an ultrasound. Have you gone to an urologist?

The body churns out sperm at max capacity. It cant really make them fresh as required because they need to mature in the tubes around the testes after production so they'd actually be viable. Same is probably true for seminal fluid, theres only so much of it.

**** less often will make a load that is "bigger", but in reality there wouldnt be much in the difference if you had daily ****. Like going for a piss throughout the day, you can hold it until your bladder is absolutely maxed or you can take loads of little trips, it wont make a whole lot of difference to the volume.

Depends. I know on my group of friends, we would openly say we masturbate to each other - in a jokingly way. But yes, if I was living with people I would be super quiet and get rid of evidence etc. I think that carries through from a young age?

I'm not sure I need to see a GP/would find it extremely awkward to go and approach a GP.

The problem is tensing I think. My core and legs automatically go into full tense lockdown when I start and kinda squeezes the penis to make it more erect.

If I don't do that my legs are fine, but I can't ejaculate fully, it just spills out and it's painful. Just trying to work out what "normal" is.

None of that is normal, your gp has heard much worse though so just talk to them as there may be something more serious underlying.

Get your spine x-rayed. I used to sometimes have something similar when making babies with MrsCR, occasionally ending with moment-killing cramps in my legs. Some years later, a seemingly unrelated incident saw me one day suddenly on the flat of my back unable to get up, which ultimately led to the doc identifying several vertebral discs on the point of collapse. That episode was triggered by tension in my lower back due to labouring in the cold, but talking things through with the doc brought all kinds of other niggles into the picture, including those pre-ejaculatory leg cramps.

What is sex like? Do the same issues arise after riding someone (or do you finish yourself off when with someone else, thus causing the same issues you describe above?).


Without trying to sound crude, are you perhaps over-doing it? I find if you go at it too much, it gets tougher to come, and when you do it feels less like an enjoyable fondle and more like an Ironman wrestling match.


Whereas if you take a break for a few days, it can make it easier for you to come and you'll generaly find that you're a bit more sensitive down there and as a result don't have to tense/force it as much.




(As an aside, I'm not a GP, although I have been to my GP about issues 'down there' in the past and he's never been bothered by it. My GP has always been a man, though. I've probably watched too much porn in my life now, that if I showed it to a woman GP I'd feel slightly erotic )

See I’ve tried the back door only a handful of times. Liked it but don’t think it was as good as I imagined. Decided to have a play around over the bank holiday. I really lubed my ass up. Used 2 fingers. Firstly I don’t know if I am feeling the prostate. I see stories of guys saying when you reach the prostate, you’ll know. I have a good feel around but never get “the feeling”.
