As can solo masturbation too. It certainly has not diminished or dis-improved my sex life any.

But everyone is different. For the vast majority of people masturbation is perfectly fine. There are exceptions. And if you or anyone finds masturbation takes away from any other part of their life - they should certainly consider avoiding it.

By applying pressure to the base of my penis or by prone masturbating. It results in a very intense climax.
But unfortunately it also results in traumatic mastubatory sydnrome. It's not even that much pressure. It's just bad for the nerves and tissue in the base.
