Roofing Repairs

    Afternoon all, roof needs some repairs, built approx 2000, concrete tiles,
    have small leak into plasterboard of one of kids rooms, have large plastic
    container collecting its not happening every time it rains, 2 storey

    hard to get anyone (limerick area) did manage a quote

    "Remove sections of ridge cappingx2 replace broken tiles, Rake out joints on 2 hips, re-point in mortar - includes materials and Labour and removal of waste
    e1500

    to little to go thru insurance, is price high for what I'm guessing is days work

    any advice appreciated

    It sounds very dear to me I'd be getting another quote or 2 .

    Try looking for roofers in your area online, if they don't have far to travel you'd have a better chance of getting someone to call around or stop on their way home.

    problem is getting a quote, no one is coming, waited 3 weeks on one chap and never showed at all
