I have an iPhne 6s given to me by a relative as they upgraded. What happens is the screen becomes unresponsive, including the 'home' button. This can happen at any time. Work around is to switch off and restart including the password. Phone returns to where it was. The screen has recently been replaced by a 3rd party…
