Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You CAN actually put the disposables in the hot wash, they will last a couple of washes.

I got ten for 7 euro 2 months ago...

    Even cheaper now..

"Are you worried about where we're going?"

"Well, you've got Francis Brennan on for the umpteenth time, ffs."

Frances will have his 'Covid Tips for a Staycation' section no doubt.

Ah, no harm in a bit of Francie B to lighten the mood. Sure, we haven't seen him in, ooh, 4 or 5 shows.

This been around globally for a couple of years could happen if vaccine is longer to make it test, unfortunately

Hopefully not. I think for the morale of the people we should be reminded about the clear possibility for a vaccine sooner than that. I was horrified when I heard McConkey going on about a vaccine in 7 years time only a few weeks ago. That makes people just throw their hands up. Yes we know it COULD take years, but we really are living more in the moment than that and that's the way we cope, with hope on the horizon.

Everything I know about TikTok makes me think every single human is a twat who spends their time showing people that they are a twat.

Like I said on the other thread, if Tubridy got COVID and it couldn't take him (with his constitution) down then it is unlikely to take down anybody with the immune system of say a small squirrel. More people have died from suicide and road accidents than COVID in the last six months.

    Pretty mental comment really.

Oh please, give me the numbers of people that have died with COVID that have NO underlying conditions. Dying WITH does not count. We're being sold a scary story.

How is this news? Same old irish dancing. If it keeps young people out of trouble it's doing no harm

Oh I agree with you but sometimes you have to be told the worst case senario. It's like if your going for a medical procedure would you not think the doctor should tell you everything but should focus on the positives

"not to be cruel or anything, but we're going to show the Toy Show clip" tubridy still hurting from the Shane Lynch incident.

I don't see why it triggers Lynch so much tbh, they were just kids. The main point about it is how lazy it is for the presenter to return to it in lieu of doing something original.

It is the insincerity that really bugs me and the lack of self awareness. Surely he must realise that a scripted "off the cuff" moment like that is not going to go down well or come across as sincere.

Wouldn't dispute that for a minute. I'm sure it's very hard work.

But then so is bricklaying, and I don't need to see that set to murderous synth pop.
