Van Den Berg seems to have really fallen down the peeking order here. Koumetio was mentioned ahead of him during the week as being a reason why Fabinho played centre back. Now Williams gets the nod ahead of him.

Anyone who watches underage games have any insight into this?

He hasn’t even demonstrated the ability to do the basics in any of his appearances for the senior team so far. Just never looks comfortable, quite the turnaround from the stories saying he was on the verge of training with the first team when he joined.
