PS Video playback error

I’ve bought two movies off the PS Store but when i try to download them on my phone I keep getting an error, it’s the same when I try and stream them too. Anyone every experience this?

Tryna watch on an iPhone which it says is compatible, strangely. Works grand on console.

It’s a 6S. But I have Man of Steel and that Batman movie purchased MoS was working grand at the start and now both of them won’t work at all.
