    Any advice on how to prepare chilli salmon cooked night before to put in lunch box?

    I can keep the chilli sauce in separate pot within the lunch box.

    I usually just pan fry a salmon fillet and pour sweet chilli sauce on top.

    Thanks for that. It will taste good cold and served with salad?

    I assume it's a bought sweet chilli sauce?
