My parents are finding it difficult to manage on their pension etc, I was wondering if they could release some equity in their house.
    They have no outstanding mortgage.
There is only a car loan for 12,000 which they're managing to pay off ok, no arrears
Credit Card is 300 & they're very careful not to spend anything on it & what they do spend gets paid off every month.
    Ma is 60 & Da is 69
    TIA

    Hi Jtkpenguin,

Thanks for your query today on Boards.ie.

Your parents can certainly apply for an equity release by getting in touch with our Mortgage Specialists on 016113333. Our lines reopen Monday at 9am. We have also attached a link here with some more information on this.

    We hope this information helps.

    Thanks,
    Richard
