Steve was trying to get people to answer the snowman joke.

Knowing that Steve was NRV, what exactly is your point?

    Morning everyone.

23 players and only 3 wolves? One of those wolves, the assassin wolf, if lynched will take the last person to vote for them with them. Will probably be most beneficial when the numbers reduce as they’ll be spread out in their voting till then.

We also have no seer. The wolf’s have that role too.

Oh, and I liked Fiona’s opening post volunteering to do the codes.

Things are getting interesting early on. 3 wolves on 23 players isn’t enough so I don’t think it will stay that way. No mention of an sk in the wincon so for no I’m assuming it’s a random mod driven event. The series arc would say smokey is a bit more than that though so I’m guessing there are a few mod surprises coming over the next few days

(Well, Necros involved so of course there are mod surprises....)

    poor steve

All I can say for sure its unclear as to why Steve died.

Black smoke seems like more of a game mechanic rather than an SK as none mentioned in the OP or the winning terms.

    Yes.

Are you pulling that trait from thin air?

Why would a wolf be aggressive so early on?

Typically wolves lay low early on, they dont be aggressive.

But no one knew he was an NRV. Lets say the smoke is a player and it killed Steve. Maybe they were role hunting.

Are you in Orlas pocket already Fiona? Throwing shade on me all afternoon, and for what; pointing out some odd behavior by a player?

Who cares what wolves “normally” do, this is a new game with new rules and probably new players.

Get out of Orlas pocket and start playing this game.

Steve was one of 4 who posted since the smoke gifs started, frank, steve, wendy, orla. It is my guess that it was an interaction that got steve got, but it could have been a rand on the actives. But I think its too much of a coincidence that steve was one of four to post and one of those 4 was killed.

We should note who decides to remain silent when future smokie gifs appear.

Who controlled the smoke monster in the series

The smoke monster was a character referred to as the man in black. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_in_Black_(Lost)

I don't pretend to understand the character, but it doesn't sound like something that was controlled in the series, but more as a different physical representation of a character which would appear later in the show in human form.

An SK would make sense with that as a theory

The lack of a SK win condition would steer me away from that line of thinking,
    Win Conditions:

    Village: Eliminate all wolves.
Wolves: Gain parity with the village.

And more towards a separate game mechanic controlled by the mods to make the game/ island a bit more lethal than a standard village/wolves game, without adding another team to the table.
A 20:3 ratio, or 6.66:1 seems a bit high, i'd be expecting more a minimum of 20% wolves and 15% does seem a bit low, but if the island (game) is more lethal, then a lower percentage may make more sense.

The win conditions refer to village and wolves only

Also @sturedman PROCEEDING does not mean what you think it means

Firstly I have responded to 2 posts.

2 posts equals All afternoon now?

Again I didnt defend Orla directly. Man your paniced.

It doesnt mean there isnt an SK yet though. Mod secrets and reveals n all that.

But I agree, no reason to think an SK exists for sure.

    Game Mod

Grammar aside, the intention is clear. Enter the numbers and be locked out for the following 4 inputs, ditto for misposts in the thread when it is posted.

Also by virtue of pointing out the errors in your accusation of Orla I am playing the game.

Also if Orla is aggressive, what does this post above make you?

By your own logic you are suspect more so than Orla.

    Game Mod

I'm more than happy with the wording of our OP.

Just play the game, and we politely ask all players to refrain from calling out game mods on thread in such inane fashion.

Two replies to my post. I’d suggest it’s you who’s “panicked”.

So what’s our plan with the code. Do we need to make a rota or what?

I don’t think there is any harm having a rota.

would have to ensure rota suited players

Im pretty calm. Like I said previously Ive zero to lose.

But again your being aggressive, behaviour you called Orla out on.

Why all the hostility? Relax, its an island.
