When not doing something has a devastating outcome it’s generally better to do it

Looking back at the last hour before lynch last nite and Nigel really does go hard at defending Frank. It really isn't a good look.

In his defence he doesn't try to influence anyone else, which Emily does but again that might be back to the fact that with five minutes left Frank was in no real danger
    Nigel WW wrote: »
Have a look at Frank's interaction with Senan (Senan only has a few posts so should be easy to find), Senan has him as his top wolf pick which makes me think he's village.
    Nigel WW wrote: »
Not voting though, Senan only mentions 4 players in his few posts - Frank, Orla, Emily & Angus. Senan puts Frank at top of his list which is unlikely if they're team mates imo
    Nigel WW wrote: »
Senan being a wolf is one of the few facts we have at the moment. It's not nonsense if you think one of the 4 is a wolf. I agree with you that one is but I don't think Frank's the one

Your wolf team mate though? Unlikely imo

There are 2 or 3 wolves left, but not 1.

    Fiona WW village
    Orla WW village
    Nigel WW probably village

    Henry WW who
    Vernon WW who
    Gertrude WW won't answer questions

    Wendy WW not sure
Emily WW now think might be wolf, go check notes why you thought she was village
    Mary WW wolf

I'd say there might be a wolf in the middle group and def one in the last group

    Put it away! It burns!

Happy enough for Angus to post the numbers at 10. I can do 11 if people want.

I'm not sold on >3 wolves yet. The two we have gotten have been named

They've been very unlucky in Oisin shooting one D1

My logic for defending Frank was Senan's post putting him as his most likely wolf. I was wrong but I think the logic stands up to scrutiny nonetheless

It really doesn't and that isn't just Captain Hindsight, I said it to you at the time, he had Frank as top of his reads and then voted Henry. It meant nothing but you were having none of it

@Patrick, I think you had the right conclusion but maybe the wrong reason here for Frank's vote.

Look at the night 1 voting data, I think Frank's late vote wasn't down the assassin wolf at all - he voted late on the Angus wagon to ensure that the auditor got a result of "even". One of Fiona & Emily is a wolf.

    I'm off to bed

Love this post. The entire "frank must be the assassin because he voted last on Angus" argument just did not work in my head. I couldn't understand why he would even be bothered about that seeing as how he wasn't in anyone's minds for the chop. This theory however makes infinitely more sense to me and is a good call.

I can sympathise with Nigel here though. Sometimes you just get an idea in your head and it's hard to turn from it (speaking from experience lol). If Nigel saw Senan put Frank as his No. 1 wolf then it is plausible that you would believe they weren't on the same team. I've Nigel as a strong town lean for now.

Nobody knows what happened to Henry WW really.

Some say he never survived the crash in the first place...some think they actually saw him get mangled by a polar bear...some joke that he turned a big wheel in the middle of the island and got dropped in the middle of a desert somewhere.

Tales of legend, no doubt, but a fact we do know is that Henry's journey ends here.

    Henry WW is dead

    He was

    Nice work BG

Reasonable chance that this clears Angus given his reveal?

No counter claim and a failed munch make is more than a reasonable chance

What Id be thinking though will the BG gamble on protecting someone else thinking the wolved wont hit you for fear of hitting a protected player

Looks like they thought this double bluff would be the case

Looks like it was a triple bluff

It's not a good look but if we look at those posts of mine and how the voting was at the time:

    1st post you quoted @ 2041, Angus 5, Frank 3
    2nd post you quoted @ 2050, Angus 5, Frank 2
    3rd post you quoted @ 2056, Angus 7, Frank 8
4th post you quoted @ 2100, after the lynch

I voted at 2058 for Mary. So after tying myself to Frank with a hard defence of him in those posts, I don't do the one concrete thing I can to save him i.e. wait to 2059 and vote Angus. As a last minute vote, it's easily explained given my earlier posts.

If I'm a wolf, I know Frank flips red, right? So by 2056 I'm tied to him one way or another. If I vote and save him, there'd be questions today for sure but they're a lot easier to answer with Frank being alive rather than being a dead wolf.

I read Senan's post wrong but nothing more than that

    Gotta keep those wolves guessing.

    No reason to doubt Angus.

Have to take Emily at face value.

Its very clear in the OP.

She chooses a player and when she is dead that players role is revealed.
