Receiving Incorrect Correspondence

    Hi,

    I'm receiving correspondence for somebody who is not known at my address. 

    Can you help me to remove this record from your system to stop this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    If you are near any BOI Branch you can call in with the correspondence and a staff member will open this to retrieve our customer information. This will allow them to prevent any further correspondence going to your address. Alternatively, you can explain this to your post person and ask them to return to sender advising incorrect address.
