Paving or Decking

i've a garden approx 30ft wide and 40ft long i'm looking at either composite decking half of it and putting down a new lawn ( existing is ruined tbh ) or paving instead of decking any ideas what sort of sq meter that is ? and ball park of what likely to pay ? dont wanna get somebody out to price it as i wont be doing it…
