Floorboard rotted under 2 bathroom tiles

A floor tile came loose and water got under it.
Now it and the tile beside it are soft - floorboard under them has rotted.
The ones around it have no give, so I reckon they're still ok.

Is there any way to seal these tiles so no more water gets under them?
Have to be a band-aid job for the moment, unfortunately.

I'm fit to start painting tek7 roofing sealant over them for fear the whole floor goes!

Tiles shouldn't be a line of protection against water ingress. They are designed just to be a durable wearing surface with spill protection. Ie wipe up spills relatively quickly. What source of water do you have that's creating a static pool of water to leak beneath the grout ?

Thanks - it is the floor of a wetroom, the shower splashes on it.
    Never a problem for years.

If its a 'wetroom' the entire room should have been tanked on the floor and up the walls do you know was this done? and is the shower open to the room with no impedments.

    No, no tanking.

That explains the stetson and the set or 6 guns I found I found after they left.

Long term, looks like the whole floor will have to be redone.
Any ideas what would work to patch it up til I'm able to get it done?

I wouldn't waste time patch repairing a tiled wooden floor in a wet room.

The floor has to be lifted. You probably have rot in the joists across the room specifically under the shower itself. That floor should have been done in mag board and then tanked fully.

If you leave it patch repair the same problem is below and could worsen

I see that alright, but there's no way I can do that at the moment.
Any suggestions of how to patch it?
Hoping it will buy me time until I can get the job done.

    Solid advise from Listermint above.
You could re-grout with epoxy grout for a waterproof top layer but you still have the problem of the soggy board underneath so you'll have to patch that anyway. Epoxy grout is also incredibly expensive and difficult to source here.

Thanks for that. I'll give epoxy a go.

Its far from a proper solution but now know what is required for when i can do it- thanks listermint
