Post from Ireland to Germany

I sent off something in the post to Germany about a week and a half ago, on the 21st of September. It still hasn't gotten to the destination. Is this a normal time delay with all that's going on?

While it was on average 2-5 days for letters to Germany, since Corona it can take up to 2-4 weeks sometimes. The delays seem to be with An Post rather than Deutsche Post, since post from Germany to Ireland always arrives within a very few days.
