    I really liked Keelin.
Some great docs she was involved in.

    "you're obviously Keelin's husband. "

The best presenter in Ireland, apparently.

Yeah its clear he's no daw, but the overall one-sidedness of the debate on the best course of action for COVID has been quite frankly alarming. There was no talk of masks until this lad was spouting on about them constantly on the telly. Then he seemed to do a uturn on his stance.

And to think he actually would have prepped for that opening!!!

She was a great journalists - some of her early work was outstanding.

    Real social causes.

I liked Keelin Shanley a lot all the same. She was one of the few RTE presenters that seemed like she was the same person on screen and off screen. And she had a sense of humour. I was shocked to hear that she died.

Love if the hubby said, she was streets ahead of you, pal!

Was reading up on a few concerns - I bet before this is all over there is a side effect of wearing a mask.

    I don't know what , but something.

Ive been getting chapped lips for the first time ever in my life

    Cancer is a ****ing bastard.

And it hits us all at some point.

Covid is a walk in the park.

    Really is..

Even when you get to damn old age it still fooking hangs around.

While you are quoting the COVID figures on RTE every day, why not quote the cancer figures for context. 30 people die every day from cancer. It's terrible.

    The poor kids, god.

I met her off screen as a library customer. Very polite and considerate type of person, asked staff permission to do things.

We are just not being honest about Covid.

Too few are dying for the focus we are putting on it.

I'd really like to hear more from her hubby about her work, what drove her etc
It's up to the interviwer to ask I suppose

I though she was a fantastic presenter and very sad to die so young.

But how do the producers come up with the idea to have this on the late late show?
