    I receive my Visa statements online every month. The last 12 months are available.
    How can I access those prior to that please? I assume they’ve been archived somewhere

    On 365online.com, your statements will be available from when the credit card opened as far back as 2014. If you cannot view this, you can certainly request these statements by selecting "service desk" > "ask a question". One of our colleagues will be happy to help with this further.
