looking for replacement smoke/heat alarms

title, appologies if im not allowed use brand names but my old alarms are coming up to there 10 lifespans and need changing, what do people think of the fireangel or eielectronics brands. if it makes a difference im planning on having them mains powered and interlinked

EI electronics is the leading brand.
If the budget will stretch, the new 3000 series is very good.
