Any thoughts on this wireless system? What else would I need along with it?

    Cheers.

Are you certain it is wireless ?
Is there a HDD in the NVR ?

Well Hikvision is an excellent brand, you are right about the heading, it does indeed say a 6TB HDD....but the product description says No HDD.

Usually in such equipment spec's it mentions the total amount of HDD a machine can take.

Those cameras are excellent by day and average at night. That range has darkfighter technology up to the 4MP mark which is fantastic at night but the higher megapixel cameras can't do this due to the lens sizes. Unlike normal cameras, higher pixels doesn't necessarily mean better imagery for security cameras, since you'll also be interested in dusk till dawn.
It's an older model but still a very good camera otherwise.
Also at 2.8mm, you'll be looking at a very wide view and won't have as much detail. 4mm or even 6mm might be useful in some situations.

That seller is probably fine but if you search the business address on street view the premises are less than inspiring. I asked them a few questions about other kits and they were less than forthcoming.

I'd go with a seller in Ireland personally, but maybe I was just over cautious.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

With hikvision, if you have any issues, you need to contact the distributor as hikvision won't entertain queries or support for end users.
Stick to sellers in the UK or Ireland.
