Because the Lincoln project (Republicans voters against Trump) paid to have it put up, why would Biden get involved?

No, I want the Democrats to distance themselves from this crap.
No controversy wins the election for Joe Biden, this has the ability to be nationwide news in the US.
Biden needs to step up and say he has nothing to do with it and doesn't support these tactics.

To be fair - Those billboards have been up for a week so they haven't really caused any blowback yet.

Their appointment to senior advisor positions without zero qualifications or experience necessary is symbolic of the rampant nepotism and corruption of the current administration (although regime is a more appropriate term)

US reports over 90,000 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours

It is what it is, don't fear it, don't let it dominate you. Viruses spread. USA is 19th overall in testing numbers per 1m and they have BY FAR the biggest population in that top 20, so they are testing very well. Would you rather they tested less? They are also sitting tight at number 10 for deaths per 1m. The narrative that he failed on Covid is not working. His message of hope and life as normal is

Sitting tight.. Is that to make 10th worst in the world for deaths sound good?

    Sitting tight?

You say sitting tight at 10 Like it’s a good thing. That’s the 10 worst in the world. It’s not a narrative btw it’s a fact.
I also see you’ve used it is what it is trying to pretend that’s what he meant. Clever.

    230 thousand dead says otherwise.

Do you think his handling of the pandemic is a success?

The work of scumbags, Trump like people doing that stuff.

They're not standard civil servants, they got their roles as a result of nepotism. They're a symptom of the administration's behaviour and on top of that have fiscally profited from it. So I'm fine with the slumlord being plastered all over the place.

Well, it was the Lincoln Project. Bunch of ex-GOP operatives including KAC's husband. Fair play to them for exercising their first amendment rights (as their lawyer's response to Kushner's attempt at intimidation points out.)

Where exactly is that message "working" given that every single poll shows his ranking on Covid as being universally poor.?

~60% of the population saying that he did /is doing a bad job and believe that Biden would be better than he is.

Message of hope? He's the #IMPOTUS, not a religious leader. And, uhmm, some message of hope when since day 1 of his misbegotten administration it's been fear, fear, fear. Remember, his Inaugural address was "American carnage."

Who would've thought he was the one to help it along.

I can't believe that you could possibly think that this group have anything but am evil agenda.
Trump won't listen to them and they can't have that.
Trump cares about one person only and everything he does is self-serving.
These guys don't like not having sway to control money.
Trump is basically a public reveal of all the stuff these guys do but keep hidden.

Thing is that the average person mightn't know who they are so Biden needs to tell people it's got nothing to do with him and distance himself from it.

Number 1 in the world in absolute deaths and cases and "sitting tight" at number 10 in deaths per million. And this is supposed to be success!? You Trumpists will literally excuse anything.

Now this is the decision of a man that knows he's going to win.
President Trump has called off plans to appear at the Trump International Hotel on election night and is likely to be at the White House instead, according to a person familiar with the plans.

Advisers had said privately that Mr. Trump was going to appear at his namesake hotel in Washington for an election night party for which his campaign had sent out multiple fund-raising solicitations to his supporters.

“November 3rd will go down in history as the night we won FOUR MORE YEARS. It will be absolutely EPIC, and the only thing that could make it better is having YOU there,” read one solicitation from the president that included an image of Mr. Trump and the first lady, Melania Trump, under the words “Join us on election night.”

It was unclear why the plans had changed. But the prospect of the president appearing on the night of the election at the hotel was certain to reinforce concerns about Mr. Trump mingling the office with his business.

It would also reinforce questions about whether the hotel would be in violation of Washington coronavirus restrictions limiting gatherings to 50 people. And a party would have to be paid for by the campaign, which is facing a cash crunch in the final weeks of the race.

Clearly Donald isn't interested in paying for a pity party...

Leaving aside questions of veracity, the ‘concern‘ shown by Trump supporters regarding Hunter Biden’s Ukraine doings rings rather hollow after four years of massive, unabashed profiteering and nepotism by the ruling family. The rather sad message seems to be, “Biden is as filthy as our guy”.

Sad state of affairs when a sitting president can’t even raise enough funds to pay for a party at his own hotel.

I doubt any other venue would be interested in hosting given Donald’s history of stiffing suppliers and vendors.

International comparisons are difficult to make and America’s current plight is by no means all Trump’s fault but do you really think the US can be proud of its Covid performance so far, given that America has led the global fight against infectious disease for many decades and has much more expertise in this area than any other country? Consider the example of a similar place next door. Canada has not done that well in the pandemic and yet has less than half the Covid deaths per million of the US. Why?

The Democrats should criticise them to distance themselves from that crap.

They are actively campaigning for Trump therefore they are part of the election and fair game.

How was such a dishonest and incompetent person able to convince anybody he should be president? His political success still mystifies me.

Hate is a powerful motivator and Trump appeals to those with a lot of pent up hatred.

Nothing to address, The Lincoln project are exercising their 1st amendment rights to free speech, if their feelings are hurt then maybe they shouldn't say silly things that are quotable and can be used against them.

Biden doesn’t need to do anything on this, it’s two republican factions having a fight.
I genuinely don’t see where your getting Biden having to do anything from or why you think these two shouldn’t be up on the billboards. They are part of the machine that the Lincoln project are trying to destroy, are in Trumps inner circle and are in positions they shouldn’t be. They are reaping what they sowed.

counting up only states for both candidates where they are "very likely" or "clearly favoured" to win, biden has 250 versus trump 120 electoral votes before any battleground state is even counted. this could be an absolute humiliation for trump.

    Here’s hoping.

The US needs a resounding victory for Biden in order to move forward.

If Trump wins it’ll four more years of controversy, death and disaster but if Biden wins a landslide the Republicans might dump Trumpism.
