They consider their very existence to be superior in every way to anyone who doesn't hate weakness as much as they do.
They consider liberals to be weak people that are inferior, almost a different species, and the fact that liberals are so weak is why they have to unite in large numbers, which they find disgusting, but it's that disgust that is a true expression of their natural superiority.

The ironic thing is the movement that has helped created this deep division is actually the Ultra PC/Woke movement. A lot of people feel marginalised and almost under attack for very mild opinions which pushes them to an extreme and then you get the cohort who take it ten steps further. The milder form of Trump supporter will feel like any sort of view which isn't acceptable to the infinitely offended leaves them open to ridicule so they seek safety in the groups which push back against the counterview. Its completely understandable up to a point as this PC/woke rubbish has reached a ridiculous level where half the world has to second guess their every move.

I would disagree with the guy Frank on one thing.

he says that Trump doesn't fully realise the impact of his statements. I believe he really does. Once or twice is a slip-up, this is a clear pattern and is tagerted at a particular segment.

People love to give Trump the benefit of the doubt, and completely understandable. It is almost too much to accept that the POTUS is actively doing these things. Bigging up radical groups, showing hatred and fear, inflaming already heightened tensions. We like to believe that those at the very top will find some way to deal with this types of issues, not actively promote them.

And that feeling is pretty potent. To think that you are part of the winning team, especially when you felt like a loser for so long.

So it pointless trying to discuss it logically, without understanding that premise. To argue facts is worthless, when the whole thing is about emotions.

Hence why Trump goes on about taking away guns, losing freedom, socialism etc. Its all about triggering feelings in the person, getting them scared of the bogeyman. People will accept an awful lot when they fear the unknown.

In an announcement from Fox News, the network said Trump is set to do his first on-camera interview since his COVID-19 diagnosis with Tucker Carlson tonight. But, in a significantly more interesting bit of the announcement, Fox News confirmed: “Dr. Marc Siegel will conduct a medical evaluation and interview during the program.

Does anyone seriously believe that Siegel - He of "Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV" fame will give Trump anything other than a clean bill of health?

If he wants to allay concerns about his health there are two simply pieces of data that need to be released.

The date of his last negative test prior to the Positive one and a set of test results dated today/yesterday showing a negative result.

Him undergoing some kind of sham TV medical is utterly meaningless.

So what if his Temperature is normal on the TV - Are they going to do a blood test to prove he hasn't been taking medication to manage it etc. etc. ?

Absolutely, the comment by HC, which Trump and his supporters wereso aghast at that they still cannot talk of it without taking the smelling salts.

So you perfectly understand how Trump calling Harris a monster, calling people that don't agree with him politically as looking to destroy America, by saying that voting Biden will mean the end of the suburbs, you agree that none of that is helpful or will bring any of those that agree with them to their side.

The HC comment stands out because it is so unusual and was seen as rare misstep by her. On the other hand, is is the day to day norm for Trump.

People should compare how Trump reacts to BLM or other 'left' wing protestors, including those looking to take down stutues, to how he reacted on the news of the militia looking to kidnap a governor and overthrow the government.

Tells you all you need to know about him.

Sure wrecking property is bad, but that was a case of domestic terrorism and instead of coming out solidly against them he points out that she is actual awful at her job, with the implication that if she did better she wouldn't be threatened like that!
