Mary McAleese Boyne Valley Bridge I like a bit of modern architecture, if its sympathetic. Looks good.

    Mary McAleese Boyne Valley Bridge

Always loved this bridge, great to make a landmark out of a bridge

    Some familiar landmarks here!!
I'll vote for the viaduct. The picture is awesomely dramatic, but it really looks beautiful when you see it from the distance.

I'll go for the bridge of those, not much between a few of them though.

I'm curious as to how long the long woman is. She appears to be the length of the car park.

But I'm going to vote for St Lawrence's gate.

Am I going to have to Google these to find out what county we're on?? :(

Eta - oh, we're still in Louth!! Duh!

Castle Roche ; normally I'd favour a fort over a castle, but there's too many people in that photo (don't like crowds, even if its not always like that the picture has tainted it in my head) and it looks to be right in the middle of a village, so the Castle in the middle of nowhere is much more interesting to me.

St lawrence gate. No idea where it is but it's pretty cool

    Very unique.

The Spire on O’Connell street is a phenomenal structure of Christian-era Ireland. It is a miracle that the ancient Celts were able to build it without the use of diggers or cement mixers. I was in China once and a fella told me he could see the Great Wall from the moon. I told him that’s nothing, if he went to Pluto he would even be able to see the Spire of O’Connell street.

In this case I actually think being near the town center gives the fort an advantage.

Voting for Millmount - I've been there, and there used to be a restaurant (not sure if it's still there) with great view of the Drogheda town center
