    I am in the middle of trying to purchase equipment, but I keep getting this message when I select "Pay Now"

    We are unable to process your card ending in *** for the amount of $*,***,** Please contact the card issuer to process this card again or try using a different card.


    I have also attempted using it through PayPal, but still no luck.


    I am using my business bank account


    I need this issue fixing ASAP.

    thanks for getting in touch with us here today. We are very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulty with using the card for your account. 

    Can we check with you have you recently received a new card for the account, if you have done we would recommend that you activate the card in an ATM prior to trying to use the card for an online purchase.
