Wfp can I apply again

I applied for the wfp 3 months after my hours were cut aymt work and have been declined as they took into consideration my wages from the start of the year and what I earned last year.

I have lodged an appeal but I hear the waiting times on that are upwards of 60 weeks.

I was thinking I might just apply again and provide more payslips and a letter from my work as well as the application completed by my work.

    Has anyone done this before?

Of course you can send in a new application - no-one can stop you!

However, I suspect that your actual question is as to whether a new application from you will be considered while another one is still under appeal. My suspicion is that you'll need to inform SW that you are withdrawing your appeal before they will process a new application for the same scheme.

You should reapply on the basis that your circumstances have changed since your previous application - but the risk is that your new application, if successful, will probably not be backdated, whereas if you win your appeal, then your payment will be backdated. So it's a bit of a gamble.

Why not give CIPS a call and see what they advise you.
