Room rents Dublin market prices

Have been living back home (rural ireland) for few years. Considering trying to get back to Dublin now that the availability is better. Prices don't seem to have dropped at all for house shares despite availability being really good and people probably deserting the city. Are landlords now more open to dropping rental…

Prices don't seem to have dropped at all for house shares despite availability being really good and people probably deserting the city.

Are landlords now more open to dropping rental prices for rooms. They still hovering around the €700 mark.
