Obtaining Mortgage Statement and Statement of Savings Goal Saver Rainy Day

    hi

    i applied online for these two statements on the 29th September and again on the 5th of October in relation to a mortgage application and still havent received anything by post. 5 working days is mentioned

    Can you help?

    I just need pdfs of them, it shouldnt be this hard in this day and age. AIB have these facilities but for BOI, a current account statement is all that is obtainable

    At the end of my tether, and phone banking isnt even answering.

    The 2000 job losses are starting to affect customer service
