Hi everyone. Hope you are all keeping safe and well. We are thinking of up-grading our present hedger to a Twose McConnel TW65.5 Forward Reach Hedgecutter.

Has anyone got experience of using them

Hi all, thinking of putting a new set of flails on my hedgecutter.

It will only be used for my own farm and hedges will be maintained every year or two at most so no majorly heavy stuff.

The conundrum for me is whether to go with a set of t-flails again or should I try a set of competition flails.

What do people find best and why ?

T only ever here, super hedge flail. Grass not so much if lengthy. Would take another run at times.

Anyone know where I might pick up a 2nd hand 'A' frame for a Bomford hedgecutter ?

Previous owner never had one so are they needed or a nice to have ?

Is Gainford Ltd in Wexford the best place to get rotors balanced or are there any other decent places doing it in the Midlands or further West ?
