Percolation Vents (Lawn)

Apologies if this has been brought up before I’m looking at reducing (hiding/ground level) my 4 percolation vents. They are currently 60cm high with a vent cap. I want to make them as low as possible but still functional. Anyone one done similar?? Is it possible to get them flush and still functional??
