Is Leo still purposely trying to undermine Michaél, or does he keep forgetting he's not the boss any longer?

Did you read the article? Leo said internally to the party the public COULD be advised not to travel.

FF confirmed no plans at the moment to ban travel. Not sure what the point of this story is apart from getting some clicks. Correctly FF said travel will not be banned but isn't everyone at the moment advised not to travel. Plus Leo never mentioned anything about banning travel.

If there is a way to twist something that Leo has been said, it will be followed. That is the agenda.

Leo is rightly feared by the Sinn Fein supporters on here hence their almost maniacal focus on him. He has maintained his popularity through tough times.

FF by proxy, clever of them.

Maintaining it isn't enough. He has to be one of the most - if not most - unlikable leaders of the past 100 years.

Conkers has his job cut out for him if he is planning on increasing that.

The 'government of chaos' confirmed by you yet again. The political gamesmanship being played out between FF and FG with the Greens playing the 'piggy in the middle' part.

Is FG not leading all the polls?

Would they not be better talking about all the people dying up the North? Seems the Northern parties are more interesting in talking about the South than doing their jobs. Bunch of wasters.

Michael, the leader of FF 'the Republican party' being embarrassed by a pointed letter in the paper. Will make a lot of the FF faithful cringe, no doubt, and not without reason.

    I did read it yeah.

I'm wondering if you did however.
The Taoiseach has dismissed a warning given by the Tánaiste that travel to the North could be stopped because of high Covid levels across the border.
    stopped?

Spokesperson for Michaél tells him to get up the yard with his nonsense.
"There is no talk or no plans for that at the moment," said a spokesperson for the Taoiseach. "There has never been a ban on North-South travel, nor will there be."

The 'topic' wasn't about the number of deaths.

Sorry if I missed it but when is McEntee on? Haven't seen the new all day.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

So how exactly have you lot come to the conclusion he is the most unlikable leader of the past 100 years?

Normal people would consider people dying as a top priority and everything else is irrelevant. Would you not think? is life not more important?

People have died here to SK, I don't hear Michael or Leo being asked about it when they are on to talk about 'other' topics.

You are in handwaving mode today.

Brid Smith is on point here.

Opposition relishing the opportunity to paint a culture of cronyism all over FFG, especially FG.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

Will Paul Murphy be getting 6 Gardaí to his house at dawn tomorrow? ;)

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

Murphy on point too about where our judiciary come from..the FG FF class. Political appointees.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,660 ✭✭✭Floppybits

Jaysus the Greens are being savaged.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,432 ✭✭✭Cluedo Monopoly

Toibin is making some excellent points on the supreme court appointment 'process'.

The one message the opposition have hammered home since June is that FF+FG represent the permanent political establishment/elite.

McEntee wont answer any of these questions but the damage is already done. The perception is set.

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,660 ✭✭✭Floppybits

Toibin has been good so far. Picking McEntee apart there with the other lists. Be interesting to hear how McEntee answers these questions. Also there have a be few references about Varadkar leaking the confidential document.
