No confusion. Just journalists misquoting the Taoiseach, leading to the Tanaiste having to issue a clarification. No point being missed. No doubt there’s plenty who’ll find fault with tomorrow’s announcement.

MM talking about it to the journalist was the issue. The clarity was a problem because nothing was decided and he was winging it. LV just wanted in on the attention.

Why is mandatory quarantining 4 weeks away on February 22nd?

You government fans should check out the main Covid thread from time to time. The mood music isn't good as far as the govt actions are concerned. Inaction more to the point.

its all a crock but the reality of it is, the schools won't go back, the unions have too strong a hand in this. If the government persists we're going to have a strike
