Anyone any idea if the mudflap kit comes installed on new deliveries ,in the boot or included at all ?

Wondering if I have to crawl under a 50k car on delivery day to attach them ( ridiculous)

I think they look awful so hoping they don’t come attached! Will be taking them off if so

Agree but would rather a small area at the bottom of the car looking bad rather than the whole side filthy and worse gravel chipping away paint. Compromise

Sent mine on. I've some referral kms expiring in August. You get 6 months added on for each new referral, so it would extend this limit that I might actually get a chance to use them.

Actually if there is anyone on here by the name of Paul that ordered over Christmas and used my referral. Thank you for that. Appreciate it

I’m guessing you don’t see your free miles until you get the car and it’s on it ?

I'm hopeful Tesla will extend the 6month expiry due to the ongoing Pandemic, Musk tweeted such last year

Anyone have any idea of how this delivery is going to go down? Back of a transporter or staff member drives it out to you for handover?

Back of a twin axle builders' trailer :D.

I'm not so sure there is that much difference in range, more driving style?
If you are hammering the SR+ / LR or P at traffic lights you will put a dent in the range :D

I think given how fast the LR is, you would REALLY want to want them wheels to pay the premium!

There are a few extra things in the premium such as the brakes, suspension and can adjust driving settings.

But when driving normally and not using its performance capabilities, the range is 300-350kms in reality

Its the heating and the 20" wheels that affect the range most, I've an M3P without the PUP pack, it runs standard 18" wheels with Michelin ps4s tyres, and my range is typically 360-380 winter and upto 450 in summer, if you're looking for extra range get a set of aftermarket 18" wheels makes a Hugh difference

I drive the SR+ normal and get far more than 300 - 350km on a single charge?
Am I miss daisy or you are hammering it?

Mixed *, I do very little motorway driving, and on longer spins im stopping anyway, but I reckon if I ran it down and left with 100% id get 350km.

dropping suspension 35mm gives a 7% range increase

supposedly other Teslas on air suspension drop height at motorway speeds.

Those with smart air suspension do alright.
I have mine set to drop at 120km/h.

I have air suspension too and toyed with the idea but knowing my luck that would be the time I'd catch debris on the motorway so decided against it

No, never once (SR+ on 18” wheels)

Looks like you should avoid 2021.4.3 if you rely on third party public charging in Europe ... has anyone here seen this issue in Ireland. Have seen several tweets to this effect over the weekend.

(I updated to 2021.4.3 so glad not relying on these chargers until newer build)
