I thought other places have gone back into lockdowns? Italy, Spain etc?

Mostly it's regional lockdowns so people don't count it.

We aren't the first back into lockdown.

So nothing on fines or enforcement. Great

The official Government site mentions a penalty for going outside the 5km area.

It is a lot different from March lockdown. Schools, construction, manufacturing all still open. Building suppliers will still be needed.
I imagine traffic on Thursday morning will still be fairly busy.

One person can cause a 100 cases, so the GAA are to blame for a lot of the super spreading, as are schools, the kids might not know they have it, but they spread it and then it's brought home to the parents who bring it to work.

    25 at a wedding but 10 at a funeral??

Is that a sick twisted joke??????

So if we have a funeral during a wedding is it ok to have 35 attend?

Type of question that would keep me awake at night. I’d almost die wondering in fact.

‘Only essential workers permitted to travel to work’

Is that at the authority of their employer deciding whether their business is essential or not? Ie someone’s role not possible to work from home in

I think they wisely decided not to have Leo and Tony at the same press conference.

Mostly it's regional lockdowns so people don't count it.

We aren't the first back into lockdown.
Most of those in lockdown still haven't closed nearly all public businesses. Limitations, yes, but not full closures.
