    Why does BOI have a customer hub online for mortgage accounts in the UK but not in Ireland?

    Currently Bank of Ireland customers with a Bank of Ireland mortgage can get their balance through 365online. However we are always looking at ways to make things easier for customers. We recently launched a new mobile app for android phone users and a new app for iOS is currently rolling out in phases. Further enhancements are coming shortly so watch this space. Meantime we appreciate your taking the time to send us your question.
