    Hi I went to lodge money into my bank at a BOI machine this morning and whilst counting it it froze and said jam in system money retained before I could confirm amount what should I do now.

    Contact your bank. Happened to me on a Saturday. 
    I was there 1st thing on Monday morning. 
    The staff there have no access to it.
    All you need to contact your branch straight away.

    Went into the bank now and the staff member said it should appear in my account at some stage today asked me for my card details and how much I lodged and how many notes it was IE 50s 20s 10s
