Mortgage approval

    My boyfriend and I applied for our credit history reports and his came back with an overdraft balance of €529 from his first ever bank account!
    Hes no details of the account said he left them about 10 years ago. (Hes 32 now) He said hes no memory of it that it was when he started working in 2005 and the overdraft now says cancelled.
    The bank was closed last night by the time we seen the report and I'm worried sick since last night that it will affect our approval.
    Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
