The two that are there are new- released this week.
Drank their IPA before and Porter. Nice but like all craft beers, couldn’t drink them for the night.

Had the red ale with the dinner, twas very nice. Complemented the beef. I shared the steak with my 6yo. Too big for one person.

Cost too. Usually around €4-€4.20 a can. Good for a treat but same as going to a pub price wise.

Usually get a variety of craft beers off the oh for Christmas and the evening is spent tasting a few- bit of craic,

Yeah plugging away through it. A lot left too. Notice the difference in the shopping bill. My mam takes a few bits every now and again, gave a third to one brother and another brother takes a bit every now and again.

    Will definitely do it again.

I've never had KerryGold butter, Kilkelly butter from Aldi €2.19
Is KerryGold so much better or just marketing

Having to kill the thirst here after the salty beef.

I took a loin of venison out of the freezer on Monday with the intention of cooking it today with all the trimmings but it didn't happen.
OH and I spent from 12.30 last night till sometime after 7 this morning getting 5 new born calves to up and sucking. Thankfully the cows calved by themselves and they were quiet to deal with. How the hell do dairy farmers deal with multiple births night after night.

Hi Base, are these the "not in-calf" heifers ?
Sounds like a good result after all!

No they are suckler cows that OH bought from a guy who was quitting sucklers.

They must have been synchronized, and even then, to get 5 in the one night ....
