Has anyone had any experience of getting memorial plaques installed on park benches specifically in Dublin and how to go about it, costs, etc? Specifically I'm looking to get one done in Herbert Park in Ballsbridge in memory of my grandparents who frequented the park for many, many years. Any help would be greatly…

Lovely idea.
Worth contacting the parks division of the council.
Not sure how open they'd be about it.
Might be better chance if you offered to donate something for a new bench etc...

It is a lovely idea. However Gerry Ryan's lover had one done for him in Herbert Park and some dirtbird burnt it
