Brilliant! I had a good feeling about today, so I'm glad I went downstairs for the final few km to shout at the TV.

Great last 150 metres there from Dan. To hold off those two boys was bloody impressive.

I had a feeling about this finish for Dan. Brilliant.

For once he got his tactics spot on. Basically followed Roglic and let everyone else chase the others. Then went when he had to and hung on for the last corner. Brilliant stuff

Stage win and a podium is on. Terrific for him

He hasn't been 100% right really since the crash at the tour with Richie Porte at that time. Great to see him back to winning ways.

    A great win. Well deserved.

Maybe froome is trying to tank ineos on behalf of his next employer?

Or he's just not going to get over an admittedly horror crash

Nice win Dan! Was strange seeing Froome doing domestique!

Plus hard on the right-hand barriers on a right-hand bend meant anyone wanting to come around had to go the long way.

With Dan 2nd on GC does that give Kelly licence to scream like a f*****g slapper about him for the rest of the race the way Hatch is for TGH
