Gundogan should have been booked, but the referee forgot... Or whatever the reason was.

Terrible decision. Just encourages City to keep making those challenges.

The most annoying part being that if Rice didn’t stay on his feet it would 100% have been given as a yellow. So not rewarding the players for staying on his feet.
