Authorise Credit card transaction

    I have been tring to make a credit card payment this evening (Value approx €1000) and I am getting error that the payment cannot be authorised and to contact my Bank. I believe the lines are closed at the weekend, but is there any number i can contact to look into this before Monday?  Thanks
