The picture quality on virgin media is absolutely awful. Unwatchable

Have Ireland come out for second half? Wake up, get that bonus and move on. Italy should be relegated out of the Six Nations.

Healy putting his Mensa membership in jeopardy.

Two places to find Healy; in a bus lane and the wrong side of a ruck.

Feels like we've had bugger all ball in this half, why are we kicking it away when we do finally get it. It's not as if we're getting great territory from it.

    Gonna get pummelled next week
Agree - we will be annihilated

This is a ten point game if murray hadn’t given away that penalty at the start.

On the wireless earlier all three pundits predicted 30-40 point victory for us, we're a good way off that now. I'd be worried about the match next week based on this performance so far

I fear for us in Paris

    Very disappointing performance today.

It's mad how it's still SD on Saorview.

If Beirne does anything between now and the end, he'll get it.

Edit: Connors with the try makes him frontrunner. Quinlan is going to go for a back five of the pack player.

Ireland have been blunt all game. Some fortunate breaks in the first half but they seem to have little idea how to unlock the Italy defence.

The apparently non-existent ban on offloads seems to be alive and well.

The female commentator on ITV is actually painful to listen to. Jesus wept.....

And there it is. Relax now lads.

Glad to get the bonus point. Bit really need to kick on to up our points difference.

Would like to see Ross Byrne and JGP given a chance to speed things up.

No relaxing we need the points

Isn’t it? In the day and age of 4K and huge TV screens and multiple broadcasters and media carriers, it is sloppy and just makes for unenjoyable watching all round.

    Good try BTW.

We get it, Mrs Murray. We get it. It was genius on Murray's part, and also Stockdakes's fault.

    We've offloaded throughout the game.

And there it is. Relax now lads.

The concern is about next week. Italy aren't strong opposition and ireland have worked harder for that bonus point than they should have. I'm surprised we got it, with all the silly mistakes we've made.

The only positives from this game.

Keenan looks an option at this level and it’s great to find players like him this early in a WC cycle.

Murray looks faster than in a lot of Munster games this season.

    Outside of that.

    Sexton off form.
    Stockdale not convincing.

Good man Johnny. Making up for that intercept.

Now get Byrne on and give him some minutes.

    JGP and Byrne on please.

    Stockdale not convincing.

    Kicking well though

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,254 ✭✭✭SqueakyKneecap

Bealham and Ed Byrne impressive already

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

    Yeah...ban on offloads.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,458 ✭✭✭kuang1

That was pure brilliance. From the moment Stockdale caught the box kick to Sexton touching down was raw rugby porn.

Must not watched France Italy, France conceded 3 tries against this lot.

As he is replaced by POM, I have to say that Doris definitely deserves his game next week.

The ban exists until we have 4 try’s scored apparently.

    Great offload from POM.

Shame we're not allowed offload tho. Pen to Italy.
